Before you go house hunting, consider having your loan pre-approved. When you have a pre-approved loan you know how much you can potentially borrow. Having your loan pre-approved you will have greater negotiating power when you find the house of your dreams.

We complete all documentation, including First Home Owners Grant application, submit the application and deal with the lender on your behalf. The process generally takes only about 24 to 48 hours from the time we submit your application to the lender, we will keep you informed throughout.

Once your application has been assessed and is approved, you will recieve a 'pre-approval letter'. At this point you'll be able to make an offer on a property with confidence. If your offer is successful, a valuation will be arranged and subject to a satisfactory valuation your loan can then proceed to completion.
